monaco One day a young man he went to his teacher and asked
"Master how should I put into practice the Tao?"
The Master replied:
"Eat when you're hungry and sleep when you're tired." The young
monaco, surprised, replied:
"But is not what most people do?"
"No," replied the Master "is not what most people do. Most thousand desires grow and eat, and melt a thousand knots while they sleep."
many wake up in the morning still mulling over the problems of the previous day? We should take all that threatens our peace of mind and throw it away. We should live according to our original nature, because the common mind is the Tao.
